The topic of this final project is the making of a blueprint/magazine concept and its prototype of a student magazine for English Department of Politeknik Negeri Bandung focusing on literature and art. The aim of this project is to provide a space for English major and art major students to publish their work and to introduce English Department of Polban to a larger audience. The methods applied in conducting the project is qualitative method. The data are collected through library study, interview, observation, and inviting students to submit articles. Definition of blueprint and elements of blueprint are used in developing the blueprint. Definition, characteristics, types and elements of magazine are used in developing the magazine. Narrative, descriptive, persuasive and procedural writing are used in developing the contents of both. The result of this project is a blueprint/magazine concept and a prototype of one issue of the magazine entitled "Prodigy". The magazine is hoped to be published continuously so it can be added to the collection of English magazine published in Indonesia and the English Department of Politeknik Negeri Bandung can have their own student magazine.
