This final project is entitled "The Making of a Book: It May Happen to You". The purpose of this project was to give the detailed information about Indonesian habits which may be happened, seen, or found by foreigners when coming to Bandung. The habits included in the book based on the most commonly stated both by foreigners and Indonesian people in the articles on the Internet, books, magazines or directly stated in interview. The method used in this project were identifying the topic, making a product concept, collecting data, sorting the data, making outline of book, writing the book, making the design and layout of book, writing report, editing and revising, and printing and binding. "It May Happen to You" discusses the habits of smoking, littering, queuing, jaywalking, and using traffic rules. It has five main contents, i.e. acknowledgement, preface, content of books, final words, and bibliography. This project used expository, descriptive, and persuasive writing techniques. Mastering writing technique and grammar is essential to consider before making a book. Keywords: Bandung, habit, jaywalker, queue-jumping, culture shock.
