The topic of this project is the making of a business biography book about a local brand "Massicot". Massicot is artificial stone of jewelry made by a young designer, Amanda Mitsuri. This project focuses on the establishment of the local brand. The aim of this project is to inform young people who want to learn and know about setting up a business from the experience of the local brand "Massicot"�. Qualitative method is used in collecting the data. The data of this project have been collected by library study, observation, and interview. There are several steps have been used to conduct this book, such as developing concept of biography, interviewing the informants, recording data, writing, editing and revising, designing, printing, and publishing. Also, descriptive, narrative, dialogue, direct quotation, indirect quotation, and persuasive writing techniques are used in developing this book. The result of this project is a business biography book titled The "Identity" of Massicot: Youth, Artisan and Exploration. Furthermore, this book is written by English, so it can be read by English readers. Hopefully, this book can inspire people to bring the local brand of Indonesia into international market.
