This final project is about the making of business biography book on Lontong Kari Kebon Karet Restaurant. The aims of the project are to develop a book, in order to promote local restaurant in Bandung and to document Lontong Kari Kebon Karet. There were several theories used in developing the project, such as theory of business and biography, elements of biography, types of biography, and writing techniques. Qualitative method was used to collect the data namely interview, data from published works, observation, and taking pictures. The result of this final project is a business biography book on Lontong Kari Kebon Karet Restaurant entitled “The Legend of Lontong Kariâ€� which consists of five chapters.
