The final project is about making a cookbook of Banjarmasin's food. Since a cookbook about Banjarmasin's food written in English is still limited, this topic was chosen as the subject of this project. The aims of the project are to inform about Banjarmasin's food recipes and to motivate the readers who just start to try to cook by giving an easy-steps in cooking. The theories used in this project are definition of cookbook, elements of cookbook, and text types of description and procedure. Qualitative method was used in collecting the data including personal experience in cooking the recipes, interview and library study. The result of this final project is a cookbook entitled "Explore the Taste of Banjarmasin's Cuisines" and written in English. The cookbook contains six savory recipes and six sweet recipes that the readers can try to cook by themselves. Keywords: Cookbook, Banjarmasin cuisines, food, recipes.
