This final project is making a cookbook about ten recipes of Soto in Indonesia. The book explains about Soto which can be easily made by beginner. The cookbook includes all about cooking Soto namely, the ingredients, the condiments, kitchen utensils and how to cook, and ten recipes of Soto from ten regions in Indonesia so that people who are interested in cooking Soto can make it by their own. Several theories are used in making the product, they are definition of cookbook, the big five tools, writing technique, and writing style. There are several steps in collecting data for the product. The steps taken are collecting the data, recording the data, selecting the data and processing the data. The data are collected by doing library study, observing, and interviewing. The data are recorded through taking notes and taking pictures. After that the data were selected in order to find the most popular Soto in Indonesia an also its regions. In processing the data, there are several steps namely, making outline, writing, editing, revising, designing, and publishing. The result of a cookbook tells about ten recipes of Soto from Indonesia which are printed in A5 size 150 grams Art Paper.
