Writing a cookbook about Indonesian Sambals and Their Accompaniments is the result of this final project as one of the requirements for completing the Diploma III in English Department, Politeknik Negeri Bandung. The purpose of this project is to make a cookbook as a media to promote Indonesian dishes especially sambal to the readers. Also, to introduce the various recipes of Indonesia sambals and their accompaniments, to provide information to the readers in case they want to try to cook Indonesian dishes and to give more knowledge about Indonesian sambals. In writing this project, the content is obtained through conducting interview with some people, observation in three restaurants and library study obtained from Cookpad application, published cookbook, dan articles from Internet. The data which have been collected are selected accordance with the result of library study, interview and observation. The theories which are applied in making the content of this project are the theories about cookbook, elements of writing, and elements of designing cookbook. The result of this final project is a cookbook with a title: âÃâ¬ÃÅ The Varieties of Indonesian Sambals and Their AccompanimentsâÃâ¬Ã� which consists of 45 pages.
