The final project is a cookbook of Indonesian traditional snacks. The aim of the project is introducing, promoting, giving information, and persuading to try cooking Indonesian snacks. The data are collected through observation, interview, and cooking. The result is a cookbook entitled 15 Indonesian Traditional Snack Recipes that contains three kinds of snacks, namely, kinds of cakes, kinds of cookies, and kinds of fritters. This book can be used by Indonesians and foreigners as a guidance for cooking the snacks. Keywords: Indonesia, snacks, cakes, cookies, fritters.
