This final project is the making of a cookbook series about kinds of fried rice from Indonesia. Fried rice is one of Indonesia typical foods which is very famous around the world. This project was conducted in order to promote the variety of fried rice in Indonesia and also to promote some regions in Indonesia where the fried rice come from. The theories used in this project are definition of cookbook, elements of cookbook, the theory of writing techniques, and the theory of writing style. The data collection was conducted in three ways; library study, observation, and interview. The qualitative method was applied in conducting this project since the result of the research is in descriptive form. The result of this project is a cookbook entitled "10 Kinds of Fried Rice from Indonesia" which are printed on A5 art paper. Hopefully, this cookbook can help the readers to know more about fried rice from Indonesia. Keywords: Cookbook, Fried rice, Spices, Recipe, Condiment.
