The final project is the making of a cookbook series about 10 kinds of gado-gado and rujak in Indonesia. The main aim of the project among other is to intoduce and promote 10 kinds of gado-gado and rujak in Indonesia. The book also explains the steps how to make those gado-gado and rujak. The cookbook consists of 10 recipes from different regions in Indonesia. In addition, there are overviews that tell the readers about the food and the regions where the foods come from, additional information about the ingredients that are frequently used, kitchen utensils; besides, there are measurements and condiments. The method used is qualitative form. The data are collected through library study, observation and interview. In making product, several theories are used. The theories used are definition of cookbook, definition of gado-gado, definition of rujak, writing techniques, writing styles and elements of cookbook. The result is a cookbook about how to make 10 kinds of gado-gado and rujak in Indonesia including their pictures which are printed in A5 sized art paper. Hopefully the book helps the readers to make 10 kinds those food by their own at home. Lastly, the writer expects that this cookbook can give a lot of benefits not only for Indonesians but also for foreigners. Keywords: Cookbook, condiments, gado-gado, rujak, measurements.
