This Final project is making a cookbook about satay. This product is made in order to promote satay of Indonesia to Indonesian people and foreigners who are interested in satay, give information about satay and how to cook certain kinds of satay, and the last is to promote IndonesiaâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s regions where do the satay come from. The theories used in the project are the theory of cookbook and satay, elements of cookbook, the theory of writing techniques and styles. The data are collected by library study, Obsevation, and Interview. The qualitative data is used since the data in the descriptive form. The result of this project is a cookbook entitled âÃâ¬ÃÅSatay: 10 Recipes of Delicious Satay from Indonesia.âÃâ¬Ã� The cookbook consists of 10 different kinds of satay from different regions in Indonesia printed in A5 sized paper. The cookbook provides 10 recipes of satay in the easiest way to follow by the reader. Keywords: Satay, Coobook, Recipe, Elements of Cookbook, Region.
