The project is the making of a mini encyclopedia book of Indonesian herbs and spices which have many benefits for those people who would like to live a healthy life. It is conducted with herbs and spices as the topic because Indonesia is one of the best countries in producing herbs and spices. People can start living a healthy life by consuming the right amount of herbs and spices. In conducting this project, several theories are applied. The theories are about mini encyclopedia, herbs and spices, elements of an encyclopedia, writing techniques, writing styles and the theory of design. The data was collected from library study, observation, and interview. The result of this final project is a mini encyclopedia entitled "The Fantastic Indonesian Herbs and Spices: A Mini Encyclopedia of Indonesian Herbs and Spices" which consists of 25 entries that are divided into two chapters, and it is written in English. Hopefully, the mini encyclopedia will be a good reference and be useful for the readers.
