This final project is about the writing of an informational book about Ponggok Village and its successful village-owned enterprise. The book talks about how to establish and manage a village-owned enterprise so that it can be successful and can be used as a sustainable solution to eradicate poverty in rural areas. The book is intended to inform people who are eager to develop their villages. The theories applied in developing this project are the theories of informational book, village-owned enterprise, writing techniques and styles, and graphic design. The methods used in developing this project are collecting data, selecting data, processing data, designing, and publishing. The data is collected through observation, interviews, and library studies. The result of this project is an informational book entitled Ponggok Village: From a Disadvantaged Village to a Prosperous Independent Village. The book is printed in a book form of A5 and contains 95 pages divided into nine chapters. This book is expected to be used as a reference of information to learn about Ponggok Village and its success in developing a disadvantaged village to a prosperous independent village. This book is also expected to be used to promote sustainable development to eradicate poverty in rural areas.
