The final project is about making of an informational book about Sundanese Breakfast foods: Delicious Sundanese Foods for Breakfast in Bandung. The book explains about breakfast foods which can be easily found in Bandung. The information includes the description of the food, the way how to find it, and they way to make the food so that the readers can try to make it on their own. In making the product, several theories are used. The theories used are definition of informational book, writing techniques, writing styles, multimodality, and Sundanese breakfast. In writing techniques, five senses technique and procedure text are applied. There are several methods which are taken procedurally in conducting the project. The steps taken are collecting the data, selecting the data, and processing the data. The data are collected through library study, observation, and personal interview. After selecting the data, the data are processed. In processing the data several steps are also taken procedurally which are outlining, writing, editing and revising, designing, printing and binding, and publishing. The result is an informational book which tells about Sundanese breakfast food including its pictures which are printed in A4 sized HVS 100 grams paper. The book, hopefully, can provide information to people who want to have breakfast in Bandung. In addition, it is hoped that the recipe can help the readers to make the food on their own.
