This final project title is "The Making of an Informational book about Tugu Gede Site and the Surroundings"�. The aims of making the book are to explain and to inform about a heritage and a traditional village which is hidden in Sukabumi especially, near from Pelabuhan Ratu bay. Historical books about Sukabumi in English are quite difficult to find. The content of this book consist of map, sketch, the location, the history, the invention, traditional village, the society surroundings the site, and the benefits of knowing historical buildings. This report gives the details about the method used in making the product. The method of collecting data is library study, observation, and interview. To define this project in detail, some theories are used in this project such as theory of characteristics of the product, contents of the product, writing techniques, and writing styles. The result of this final project is an informational book. There are also a number of sources which support the information included in the book. This book hopefully can attract the readers to venture to the hidden heritage in Pelabuhan Ratu bay. Keywords: Informational book, historical book, heritage, Tugu Gede site, Kampung Ciptagelar.
