This final project is about the making of an informational book titled Vegetarian Restaurants: Potential Culinary Tourism in Bandung. The vegetarian restaurants are Ahimsa, Kampoeng Legok Resort, Kehidupan Tidak Pernah Berakhir, Kwang Ming, Fortunate Coffee, Moey. The information on the project includes Range of Dishes, Vegetarian Restaurants, Things to Know, and Conclusion. There was no informational book related to culinary tourism in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The purposes of this project are to provide information about vegetarian restaurants and to reveal that they are potentially to be culinary tourism. This final project used Qualitative method as the method of getting data. The data collection is done through three parts for example interview, observation, and library study. Theories which are used in this project are argumentative writing, descriptive writing, expository writing, informational book, and types of sentences. This final project is useful for everyone, especially the people who are interested in vegetarian dishes or culinary tourism.
