This final project is about the making of an informational book for children entitled "Protected Animals in Taman Safari Indonesia-Bogor". The aim of this project is to make an informational book that introduces endemic animals protected in Taman Safari Indonesia-Bogor and the importance of wildlife conservation. The procedure of making the product is starting from data collection, data recording, data selection, writing process, and designing. The data were collected through literature study and observation. Types of texts used are expository, nonfiction narrative, and descriptive texts. Before writing the whole content of the book, there are five processes in writing the product: making an outline, writing the content, editing, revising, and proofreading. The result of this final project is a comfortable-to-carry informational book about protected animals in Taman Safari Indonesia-Bogor intended for children that provides general information on the animals and also a glimpse of Taman Safari Indonesia-Bogor itself.
