Bandung Culinary Night is one of creative events which provide Sundanese food and Sundanese arts. Thirty districts hold Bandung Culinary Night this book is limited into five places which are selected as special places of Bandung Culinary Night by the Department of Culture and Tourism (Antapani Culinary Night, Astana Anyar Culinary Night, Andir Culinary Night, Lengkong Culinary Night and Dago Culinary Night) because there are Sundanese food and tradition. However, the publication of those events through a book has not been done. Methods of production this project are collecting the data, recording the data and processing the data. Moreover, expository, descriptive and persuasive writing are used as writing technique. The result of this project is the informational book on Bandung Culinary Night as the media of publication in order to promote one of creative event in Bandung to the international tourists and domestic tourist.
