The project entitled "The Making of an Informational Book on Three Most Consumable Tofu from Bandung; Tahu Cibuntu, Tahu Susu Lembang, and Tahu Talaga"� was conducted to inform about three kinds of tofu. Those tofu are Tahu Cibuntu, Tahu Susu, and Tahu Talaga as the main object that are famous in Bandung. The focus on this project is about the product of tofu itself, the characteristic, the process of making tofu, and also the special things from each tofu which make it different from others. The aim of this project is to provide information about three kinds of tofu in detail and to facilitate foreigners with an English language book about tofu especially the three kinds of tofu which are the most consumable in Bandung. This project used qualitative method as the data that have been collected is in a form of description and pictures. Then, various techniques of writing are used such as informative, descriptive, exposition, procedure, and persuasion writing. The result of this project is an informational book about tofu entitled "The Three Most Consumable Tofu from Bandung: Tahu Cibuntu, Tahu Susu Lembang, and Tahu Talaga"�.
