Abstract The title of this project is The Making of an Informational Book: "Sundanese Dining Etiquette and Its Authentic Food Parade". It explains key points of Sundanese dining etiquette, such as food serving techniques, seating etiquette, and handling utensils. In addition, the list of Sundanese authentic food is also delivered in this project. It proposed for both Indonesian and foreign people to remaining and preserving the original custom of Indonesia. Qualitative method is applied in this project. The data have been collected by doing interview to some related people and parties, for instance Sundanese artists and the owner of Sundanese restaurant. Besides doing interview, the activities that had been done are reading some cultural book and new papers, reading published reports, and spreading questionnaires. To support it, put some pictures are also necessary. As a result, this project spread the information wider, and by exploring this project it reintroduces traditional etiquette to Indonesian people, and encourages Sundanese people to implement Sundanese dining etiquette in their daily life.
