This final project entitled "The Making of an Informational Book: The Fabulous Harmony of Degung"�. Since the book provided the information of Sundanese traditional music named degung is rare, this project was conducted to provide the information of degung and to conserve degung as the Sundanese cultural heritage. The project was completed by doing some methods of production such as finding the topic, collecting the data: library study, field observation, and interview, recording the data, editing and revising, making the design of book and layout, printing and binding. The result of this project entitled "The Fabulous Harmony of Degung"�. The content which is provided is to distinguish the differences between the classical degung and the modern degung. The result of the information of the book is written by using expository, information and persuasive. Since the characteristic of this product is informational book, the main theory of this project is about informational book. The implication of this project is that this book can be the ways to conserve degung as the Sundanese music performance. Thus, it is recommended to mastering the writing skill and finding the information to complete the data of the book. Keywords: Music, Sundanese, culture, informational book.
