This report explains the making of cookbook of several Bangka's traditional foods. Those several dishes are categorized into four categories; fish category, meat category, snack category, and Chinese foods. It is categorized into several parts in order to make the readers easier to find and classify the foods.Several theories were applied in the making of the product. The theories are writing techniques, types of sentences, and translation techniques. This report also explain the methods of collecting the data through library study, interview, and observation. Hopefully this cookbook of Bangka traditional foods can help foreigners and Indonesian people who understand English know more about Bangka traditional foods.
