This project is entitled 'The Making of Football Commentator Subtitle in Football Match Persib Bandung vs Persija Jakarta'�. Football commentator is person who guide and inform the viewers about the running of the game. As that reason, the viewers should understand what commentator said. However, in this video the commentator uses Bahasa Indonesia, hence it is needed a subtitle to make foreign viewers who interested in Indonesia football understand what commentator said. This project applies translating techniques to translate the comment of football commentator and using the subtitling strategies to convert the translation result. Then, subtitling techniques is applied to insert the subtitle into the video. Moreover, the subtitle is made exerting the Subtitle Edit 3.3 software.
