Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tindak Tutur Komunikasi Volunteer Dengan Penyandang Tunanetra. Penelitian ini untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian maka fokus penelitian adalah mengenai tindak tutur volunteer yang dilihat dari tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi Fenomenologi. Proses pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive. Selain itu, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi non partisipan, dokumentasi, dan pencarian data di internet. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah model Creswell untuk membahas mengenai permasalahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tindak tutur komunikasi dilihat dari tindak tutur lokusi yaitu dalam hal mengatakan melalui penggunaan bahasa indonesia yang ringan sehingga dengan mudah dipahami. Tindak tutur ilokusi yaitu dalam hal mengingatkan berupa nama peran atau tokoh dalam film, adegan silent moment dan suasana atau situasi film. Tindak tutur perlokusi yaitu memperingatkan atau melakukan komunikasi yang menimbulkan efek pada pendengarnya berupa nada suara dan intonasi suara untuk menjelaskan mengenai suasana film. sehingga memberikan efek dan respon.Kesimpulan tindak tutur komunikasi volunteer kepada penyandang tunanetra pada kegiatan bioskop bisik untuk membantu para tunanetra menikmati film sehingga dapat berimajinasi dan mengikuti alur dari cerita film yang di tonton.Saran bagi Volunteer Bioskop Bisik adakan komunitas relawan pembisik, dan sering ikut dengan melakukan kegiatan bersama tunanetra.

This research aims to know the speech act volunteer comunnication with the disabled who are blind. This research to answer the research objectives the research focus is on then speech act volunteer seen from acts of lokusi, said ilokusi, and perlokusi.This research used the qualitative approach, while the research design used was the study of Phenomenology. The selection process and I am using the technique of purposive sampling. In addition, data collection techniques with indepth interviews, observation of non participants, documentation, and search data on the internet. Data analysis techniques used are model Creswell to discuss about the problem of research. The research results obtained that the volunteer communication speech act as seen from said lokusi, namely in terms of say bahasa through the use of light so that it is easily understood. Speech act ilokusi i.e. in terms reminiscent of the form of the name of the role or character in the film, the scene silent moment or situation and atmosphere of the film. Follow said perlokusi i.e. warn or make communication that gives rise to an effect on the audience in the form of voice intonation and tone of voice to explain about the film in the mood watch. so give effect and response.Conclusion follow-up to the volunteer communications said the disabled who are blind on the activities of the cinema were to help the visually impaired emjoy movies so that they can imagine and follow the plot of the story in the watch.Suggestions for volunteer community volunteer conduct whispered cinema prompter, and often joined by doing joint activities who are blind.
