Pada proyek pembangunan Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Sunnah merupakan salah satu proyek yang dikelola secara swasta. Dengan sumber daya berasal dari pihak internal dan sebagian besar dana yang diperoleh dari para donatur. Metode pelaksanaan dan rencana anggaran biaya pun harus benar-benar diperhatikan dan dihitung dengan tepat supaya tidak terjadi kerugian akibat biaya berlebih. Maka, topik dari Tugas Akhir ini yaitu âÃâ¬ÃÅTinjauan Metode Pelaksanaan dan Anggaran Biaya Struktur Atas Gedung D2 Pesantren Tarbiyyah Sunnah BatujajarâÃâ¬Ã�. Bahasan dalam Tugas Akhir ini diawali dengan menyusun Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), meninjau metode pelaksanaan, dan menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Dengan memperhatikan peraturan yang ada, rencana anggaran biaya mengacu pada AHSP PERMEN PU Bidang Cipta Karya no. 28 tahun 2016. Selain itu dasar teori yang digunakan dari berbagai sumber, diantaranya referesni dari Karya Ilmiah, Jurnal, dan Internet. Hasil dari tinjauan ini didapatkan metode pelaksanaan struktur atas menggunakan metode konvensional. Akan tetapi pada struktur pelat lantai sudah ada yang menggunakan pelat lantai precast. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapatkan Rencana Anggaran Biaya Struktur atas sebesar Rp. 273,546,304.82.

The implementation method and cost budget plan must also be considered and calculated precisely so that there are no losses due to over excess costs. So, the topic of this final project is "Overview of Implementation Methods and Budget Plan for the Upper Structure of the D2 Tarbiyyah Sunnah Batujajar Islamic Boarding School Building". The discussion in this Final Project begins with compiling a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), reviewing the implementation method, and calculating the Budget Plan (RAB). With regard to existing regulations, the budget plan refers to AHSP PERMEN PU in the Human Settlements Sector no. 28 of 2016. In addition, the theoretical basis used is from various sources, including references from scientific papers, journals, and the Internet. The results of this review obtained the upper structure implementation method using conventional methods. However, there is already a floor slab structure that uses precast floor plates. Based on the results of the calculation, the Budget Plan for the Structure Fee is Rp. 273,546,304.82.
