royek pembangunan gedung Pinewood Apartment mengalami perubahan desain berupa penambahan jumlah lantai dari 19 lantai menjadi 21 lantai. Perubahan ini dilakukan pada saatpelaksanaan konstruksimencapai 90 %, sehingga perlu melakukan analisis untuk menetukan jumlah sumber daya baik itu sumber daya manusia, alat dan bahan agar tidak mengalami pemborosan. Studi ini melakukan perencanaan pengalokasian sumber daya pada pekerjaan struktur yaitu pada kolom, balok dan pelat. Perencanaan sumber daya ini menggunakan software Microsoft excel dan Microsoft Project yang dapat membantu mengatur sumber daya pada proyek sehingga penggunaan sumber daya menjadi lebih efisien.Kemudahan penggunaan, kemampuan, dan fleksibilitas sehingga penggunanya dapat mengatur proyek secara lebih efisien dan efektif. Hasil perencanaan sumber daya ini berupa histogram kebutuhan sumber daya untuk pekerjaan struktur.Histogram yang baik adalah histogram yang berbentuk kurva distribusi normal dan fluktuasinya tidak terlalu berlebihan agar tercapai kebutuhan sumber daya yang efisien. Kata Kunci: Balok, Kolom, Pelat, Alokasi Sumber Daya, Histogram.

Pinewood Apartment building projects has change the design of the floor of increase amount from 19 floors to 21 floors. The change was made at the time of the construction up to 90%, so need the analysis to determine the amount of resources whether it is human resources, equipments and materials so as not run into extravagance.
This study to plan the allocation of resources on the structure of building such as columns, beams and plates. This resource planning using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project software to help manage resources more efficiently. Ease of use, capability, and flexibility so that users can manage the resources more efficiently and effectively.
The results of resources planning is a histogram of resource requirements for structure. Histogram is a histogram good shaped normal distribution curve and its fluctuations are not too much in order to achieve efficient resource needs.
