Penelitian ini memiliki berbagai tujuan, Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana Proses Transformasi Identitas Anggota Komunitas Bandung Blues Society di Kota Bandung, Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menjawab permasalahan di atas, maka penelitian ini mempunyai sub fokus pada hal berikut: Sebelum Transformasi Identitas, Diri (self), Setelah Transformasi Identitas. Sub fokus digunakan untuk mengukur fokus dari penelitian ini yang berjudul Transformasi Identitas Anggota Komunitas Bandung Blues Society di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan studi Fenomenologi, dengan Anggota Komunitas Bandung Blues Society sebagai subyek utama. Informan dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling, jumlah informan dari penelitian ini adalah 4 (empat) Ketua BBS, Anggota BBS, Masyarakat dan untuk memperjelas dan memperkuat data informan, ada 4 (empat) orang sebagai informan kunci, yaitu Penggerak musik blues dan Orang tua. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui pencarian data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, buku, dokumentasi dan pencarian online. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi, waktu, diskusi dengan teman sejawat dan memberchek. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, pengumpulan data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan, dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Sebelum Transformasi identitas adalah proses pengembangan sebelum dia melakukan transformasi dalam dirinya baik itu meliputi prilaku, sikap, mind set maupun budaya luar yang dihadirkan dalam mencangkup sisi perubahan diri seseorang pada anggota Bandung Blues Society. Diri (self) adalah fase dimana seseorang akan bertanya dalam dirinya untuk mencari jati diri menuju arah kemana dia akan melangkah apakah dia akan kembali kepada identitas sebelumnya atau melangkah kedepan menuju suatu perubahan pada dirinya dan itu akan menjadi sebuah pilihan dalam hidup seseorang anggota komunitas bandung blues society. Setelah Trasnformasi Identitas adalah fase akhir dimana anggota komunitas Bandung blues society melakukan perubahan secara signifikan dia akan menemukan hal-hal yang baru baik itu berupa pengalaman dan budaya blues. Sebagai Kesimpulan, tanpa adanya proses tahap-tahap fase yang mempengaruhi dan membuat diri seseorang berubah untuk menjadi apa yang dia inginkan, maka setiap perubahan itu akan sulit dipahami oleh diri sendiri maupun orang terdekat tanpa adanya pendekatan dengan fase-fase perubahan tersebut.

This research has many purposes, the main objective of this research is to analyse how the process of identity Transformation of Bandung Blues Society Community Member in Bandung, this research is designed to answer the problems above, this research has a sub focus on the following: Before Transformation, the meaning of self Identity, After the transformation of identity. Sub focus is used to measure the focus of this study, entitled The Identity Transformation of Bandung Blues Society Community Member in Bandung. The research approach was qualitative with the study of Phenomenology, with members of the community of Bandung Society as the main subject matter of the Blues. Informants are chosen by purposive sampling technique, the number of informants from these studies is four (4) Chair of the BBS, BBS, Community Members and to clarify and strengthen data informant, there are 4 (four) as the key informant, the driving force of blues music and the elderly. Research Data obtained through the search data by means of observation, interview, books, documentation, and online searches. To test the validity of the data used triangulation, time, discussions with colleagues and memberchek. Data analysis techniques is the reduction of data, data collection, presentation of data, draw conclusions, and evaluation.The result showed that, Before the identity Transformation is a process of development before he did the transformation in her well it covers the behavior, attitude, mind and culture set out provided in side a person changes including members of Bandung Blues Societ. Self is a phase where someone would ask him to seek the identity to where he would go if he will return to the previous identity or stepping forward towards a change in him and it's going to be an option in a person's life members bandung blues society. After the identity Trasnformasi is where blues society of Bandung, community members do change significantly he will find new things whether it be the experience and culture of the blues. In conclusion, in the absence of the stages of the process phases that influence and make a person changed to become what he wants, then any changes it would be difficult to understand by themselves nor the people closest to you without any approach with phases of such changes.
