This final project is about translating an English classic short story titled "The Griffin and the Minor Canon"� by Frank R. Stockton into Bahasa Indonesia. This short story was selected because it is one of the great English classic literature works. The story gives the readers good lessons for becoming qualified human beings. By providing the Indonesian version of the short story, Indonesian people in general may enjoy the story and learn good lessons from it. The Indonesian version is accompanied by some illustrations to make it more attractive. In translating this short story, the translation techniques by Molina & Albir are used. The result of this project is the book titled "Griffin & Minor Canon"�. This final project and the product may also contribute to translation study and literature.
