This final project is about translating documents containing legal aspects of 3 agreements. The object of the agreement was one of government state enterprise namely Perusahaan Umum (PERUM) Jasa Tirta II. This public company is well known for its Jatiluhur's reservoir and the central office is residing in Purwakarta. The author of the book tried to translate all the documents by giving clear explanations. The content of the book is divided into 3 chapters. In this translation, two translation theories are used. The first was Specialized Text by Newmark which used to translate the terms that referred to one specific culture and the second was Functional Equivalence by Dr Nida which used to get the same function of the terms. Faithful Translation and Semantic Translation by Newmark were appropriate methods used to adjust the format from the source language into the target language, so the translation set as close as possible to the original documents.
