This final project entitled “Translating the Website of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (the Indonesian Railways Co.) into English aims to produce the English version of PT KAI (Persero) website in order to make foreign customers easily understand the information in the website. The procedure in conducting this project is divided into data collection and procedure of developing the product. The data were collected from Commercial Department of PT KAI (Persero) who uploads the information to the website. There are five steps in developing the product; reading and understanding the selected data, translating the selected data, editing and revising, proofreading and copying the translation results onto a Compact Disk (CD). The theory of translation such as process, method and procedure of translation are applied in developing this project. The result of this project is the translation of the content of PT KAI (Persero) website. They are Tentang Kami, Layanan Produk and Reservasi Tiket pages. This project can be a step to be a good translator in the future, and hopefully the translated results can be uploaded to the website of PT KAI (Persero). The translation results are useful for foreign customers who need information about railways in Indonesia. Keywords: translation, website translation, railway, PT KAI (Persero).
