Display case berfungsi untuk memperlihatkan produk yang didinginkan pada konsumen. Display case ada 2 tipe, yaitu tipe upright dan tipe chest. Display case tidak menjaga kelembaban, tetapi hanya menjaga temperatur. Sehingga produk yang membutuhkan kelembaban seperti cupcake tidak bisa disimpan dengan aman di dalam display case. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah display case dan dilakukan pengujian terhadap sistem display case yang berjudul "Uji Performansi Display Case tipe Upright dengan Sistem Pengatur RH".Ã� Kabin display case diberi produk cupcake sebanyak 36 buah. Kabin dirancang dengan temperatur 10⁰C dan RH 45-55%. Tujuan dari percobaan ini adalah untuk mengetahui performansi dari display case dengan sistem pengontrol kelembaban. Percobaan dilakukan dengan membuat display case dengan sistem pengatur kelembaban dan menganalisisnya sehingga diperoleh data yang sesuai dengan rancangan. Hasil dari pengukuran dan pengolahan data diperoleh nilai Coefficient Of Performance (COP) rata-rata 3,77 saat sistem tanpa beban dan 3,60 saat sistem dengan beban. Kata Kunci: Display Case, Sistem Pengontrol RH, Cupcake.

The function of display case is to show of the product which is cooled to the consumen. There are two type of display case, upright type and chest type. Display case doesn't keep humidity, but only the temperature. So, product which need humidity, like a cupcake can't be stored savely in the display case. Therefore, it made display case and do the test of display case which tittle "Test Of Performance Of Display Case Upright Type With The Humidity Controller System". The cabin in display case is given 36 cupcakes . The cabin is designed with 10⁰C temperature and 45-55% humidity. The aim of this experiment is to know the performance of the display case with the humidity controller system. The experiments were performed by making display case with the humidity controller system and analyze it in order to obtain the data corresponding to the design data. The result of measurement and processing of data obtained is that the average Coefficient of Performance (COP) was 3,77 without product and 3,60 with product.
