To overcome problems that happened, will be made scheme of decent proffering information system accident of land traffic. used method that is book study method, observation, interview with related/relevant shares, and descriptive method. Besides also used method in system development of this decent proffering information is which relate at paradigm model System Life cycle development ( SDLC). Appliance assist which used that is Flowmap, tables of relationship, normalization, and data dictionary.
