This final project is about writing a bilingual 2018/2019 prospectus of English Department Politeknik Negeri Bandung. The prospectus aims to provide prospective students, industries, and other stakeholders information about English Department, students' life, facilities and services, and enrollment. The methods that are used in conducting this project are collecting data, selecting data, writing, translating, designing, proofreading, printing, and publishing. The data are collected through library study, interviewing, and observation. The theories applied are definition of school prospectus and its elements, descriptive, narrative and persuasive writing techniques, five analytical tools, types of vocabulary, kinds of sentences, bilingual text, self-translation, and techniques of translation. The result of this final project is a bilingual prospectus which is written in Bahasa Indonesia and English and printed separately. It contains nine chapters, 56 pages and it is printed in 20x25 cm using art paper. This prospectus will hopefully be used as a source of information to introduce and promote the department to prospective students, industries, and other stakeholders Also, this project can be used as a new marketing tool for the department since it does not have a prospectus yet.
