This final project is about writing a bilingual prospectus on the Accounting Department Politeknik Negeri Bandung. The aim of writing the prospectus is to provide printed information which can be used as a library marketing tool for the department and a source of information about the department for prospective students, industries, and stakeholders. The main information in the prospectus is about campus life, curriculum, graduates' profile, enrollment, tuition, and scholarships. The process of producing the prospectus started from collecting data, selecting data, writing the manuscripts, translating, editing, proofreading, revising, designing, printing, and publishing. The data was collected through library study, interview, and observation. The theories applied are definition of college prospectus with its elements, writing techniques (descriptive, narrative, and persuasive), bilingual texts, and self-translation. The result of this final project is a bilingual prospectus which is written in Indonesian and English and is printed in separated books. The prospectus contains 12 chapters in 40 pages. It is printed in A4 Art Paper. The main problem faced in writing the prospectus is concerned with constructing effective sentences and translating Indonesian terms.
