This final project is entitled "Writing Leaflets: Trains at Operational Area 2 Bandung PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)"�. This project is aimed to give information about trains and also to help customer service officers to serve passengers especially foreigners. The data is collected by doing literature study, observation and interview some staffs at PT KAI and the theories are applied in this project such as characteristics of the leaflet, writing process and types of paragraphs. Then, the result of this project has eight of train leaflets on various trains managed by Operational Area 2 Bandung of PT KAI, they are Argo Parahyangan, Ciremai, Lodaya Pagi, Lodaya Malam, Argo Wilis, Turangga, Harina, Malabar and Mutiara selatan. Hopefully, this product can be useful for people especially foreigners who need information before they go by trains at Operational Area 2 Bandung PT KAI.
